Anne Dietrich

Anne Dietrich, a graduated Culture and Dance Educationalist, hails from the artistically rich and famous academy Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University for Art and Culture in India. Besides contemporary European dance and Classical Ballet, she is pursuing her Doctorate in the rare Classical Indian dance style "Mohiniyattam" under the guidance of her Guru Prof. Kalamandalam Leelamma. In addition to dancing, her training in the European Music and acting also contribute to her artistic assets. Lately, she has also been receiving training in "Kathak" - a North Indian Classical Dance form and is a contemporary dancer of the Remscheid Ensemble and the prospect.dancecompany. Anne also has command over the Bollywood dance style in which she fuses the diverse repertoire including Indian Classical styles, Hip Hop, Modern, Jazz and so on. Tanzcosmos - a Multicultural, cross-country dance studio, has been recently started by her in Leipzig and Zurich, through which she aims at imparting the knowledge of art, especially of the Indian Classical Dance styles.

Poonam Panchwagh

Poonam Panchwagh, a promising young Kathak dancer, choreographer has already become famous by her choreographies and her performances within the Kathak scene of India. She is the senior disciple of Guru Rujuta Soman and has studied Kathak at the Urrmee Kathak Institute, Pune and is extremely eloquent with the language of gestures, which imparts her tremendous capacity to enthral the audiences with her performances of Classical Kathak. She has rightly showed her mettle through original traditional as well as contemporary thematic compositions. Poonam has been thoroughly trained in the Jazz, Indo Jazz and Bollywood styles of dancing at the Shiamak Davar's Institute for Performing Arts [SDIPA] and has been certified as the student with Special Potential. She has choreographed for few Marathi Films and has also started a dance school - "TRISHNA", where training in pure Classical Kathak is given - an attempt to carry forward the work of her Guru Rujuta Soman. Poonam Panchwagh presently has been invited by Ms. Anne Dietrich for performing and imparting the knowledge of Classical Kathak in Europe.
